Ask only what you need to run the appointment: how to reach them, how many are coming, which language, what access they need, and whether they accept your booking policy. Do not ask about health conditions, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, allergies or treatment history. The Marketplace does not collect health information, the question types below cannot express one, and there is no free-text answer box. Clinical intake belongs in your own approved clinical system.BlackOak reads every question you write before the service becomes bookable. Changing a question on an approved service sends it back for review and it stops being bookable until that is done — appointments already booked are unaffected.
