Booking reminders

What you and your practitioners are told about appointments, and how.
Reminders send themselves. When an appointment is confirmed, its reminders are scheduled automatically. If it is cancelled or rescheduled they are cancelled with it — a shopper is never reminded about an appointment that is no longer happening. There is nothing to set up per booking. What you choose here is which appointment alerts reach your organization and on which channels.
Not yet availableNo appointment alerts are set up for merchants yet.
Shoppers are already told when an appointment is confirmed or moved. The equivalent alerts for you and your practitioners have not been added to the notification catalog, so there is nothing to configure here — this is not a setting you have switched off. Your other 11 alert types are on the notifications screen, and appointments themselves are on the bookings screen.
